Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Trucking Insurance Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound agency and client calls, provide bilingual underwriting support, and actively sell commercial trucking insurance while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from agencies and clients, providing bilingual support for commercial trucking insurance inquiries
• Sell and promote commercial lines trucking insurance by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Review and underwrite commercial trucking insurance applications, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active 220 Insurance License
• Must reside in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial trucking underwriter or in a similar underwriting support role
• Proficiency with commercial auto/trucking insurance products and underwriting standards
• Experience with agency management systems (AMS) and CRM software
