Job Summary

To support a well-established law firm, the full-time Florida Licensed Trusts & Estates Attorney will manage trusts and estates, draft legal documents, and conduct legal research while enjoying hybrid work flexibility in Lakewood Ranch, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Administer trusts and estates from inception through completion
• Draft and review trust and probate administration documents
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license required
• 2-4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration
• Proficiency with Westlaw and Microsoft Office
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
