• Provide underwriting support, counsel, and authorization for residential real estate title insurance transactions
• Utilize underwriting standards and guidelines to underwrite the issuance of title insurance
• Guide company personnel in real estate settlement services and review related documentation

Required Qualifications

• Title experience, preferably within the state of Florida
• Strong understanding of real estate title and settlement processes
• Preferred experience in title search and examination
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally
