Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Residential Underwriter Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for new and renewal commercial residential insurance business
• Communicate with agents and policyholders to manage inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with underwriting workflows and contribute to team projects and performance reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma with at least 2 years of work experience is required
• 2-4 years of post-secondary education preferred
• 2+ years of insurance or finance experience preferred
• Current 4-40 customer service representative license, INS or AU designation preferred
• Strong knowledge of business writing, desktop computer operations, and standard business software
