Job Summary

Leading a team of underwriters and analysts, the full-time Florida Licensed Underwriting Consultant will manage advanced pricing and analysis requests, engage with clients and producers, and oversee strategic goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of underwriters and analysts to ensure effective workload distribution and project execution
• Lead client underwriting projects, presenting analyses and findings in a clear manner
• Identify and manage relationships with external business partners, including insurance carriers and consultants

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five (5) or more years of related work experience
• One (1) or more years of management experience leading a team of at least three individuals
• Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education compliance
• Expertise in actuarial plan values and underwriting models
