Job Summary
A company is looking for an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and treat common urgent care illnesses and injuries
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment decisions
- Prescribe medications and therapies while providing patient education and support
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program within the United States
- Post-Masters Graduate Certificate and Board Certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Five years clinical experience post Nurse Practitioner training
- Autonomous NP licensure with prescriptive authority in Florida
- Prior telemedicine experience preferred
