Florida Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To improve healthcare access and quality, the part-time Florida Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of conditions while collaborating with provider and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams for patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute, chronic, and mental health conditions
• Develop and document treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
• Minimum of 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
• Active multi-state licensure with 5 or more licenses preferred
