Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilizes clinical nursing skills to coordinate, document, and communicate medical services and benefit administration determinations
• Interprets criteria, policies, and procedures to provide appropriate treatment and care for members
• Coordinates and communicates with providers and members to facilitate optimal care and treatment

Required Qualifications

• RN Licensure with no disciplinary action
• Previous experience in utilization management
• Prior clinical experience in an acute care, skilled, or rehabilitation setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to work independently under general instructions and with a team
