Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMS and NCQA Utilization Management, RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between internal clients and functional departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Conduct audits and implement compliance programs to prevent unethical business practices
• Develop and administer policies and procedures while leading projects to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
• Active and unrestricted RN license or compact RN license in Florida
• Experience in utilization management and compliance
• Ability to mentor and coach less experienced coworkers
