Florida Licensed Utilization Management RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Registered Nurse - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze patient records to determine the legitimacy of hospital admissions and appropriate levels of care
• Monitor admissions and perform initial patient reviews within 24 hours of admission
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate timely and appropriate management of claims

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid license to practice in Florida as a Registered Nurse (ADN or BSN) required
• Minimum three years of acute care clinical nursing experience required
• Minimum two years of Utilization Management experience or equivalent professional experience
• Strong analytical, data management, and computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
