Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMS and NCQA Utilization Management, RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between internal clients and functional departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Conduct audits and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and improve business practices
• Develop and present training programs, policies, and reports to support organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Active and unrestricted RN license in Florida or a compact RN license
• Experience in utilization management and compliance
• Ability to lead projects and mentor less experienced coworkers
