Job Summary
To support a growing remote home health team, the full-time Florida Licensed Utilization Review Specialist will review clinical documentation for accuracy, audit OASIS documentation, and ensure coding integrity while collaborating with clinical staff.
Key responsibilities
- Review home health clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Audit OASIS documentation and care plans to ensure coding accuracy
- Collaborate with Branch Directors and Clinical Managers to support quality assurance initiatives
Required qualifications
- Active Florida RN License (unencumbered)
- OASIS Certification
- Home Health Coding Certification
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and home health regulations
