Florida Licensed Valuations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuations Analyst who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining a scope of work for properties acquired.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions
• Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and construction strategies
• Value properties across the US and ensure accuracy of all valuations while meeting turnaround objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
