A company is looking for a Remote Virtual Care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform virtual visits and assess psychosocial needs of patients
• Monitor telehealth and facilitate patient needs across the continuum of care
• Track data and identify hospital admission trends to provide education and prevent hospitalizations

Required Qualifications

• Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Preferred)
