Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Water Wastewater Business Development Leader to drive growth in water and wastewater infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth by cultivating long-term client relationships and strategic programs
• Shape and execute market-focused growth strategies aligned with firmwide objectives
• Lead pursuit strategy for complex programs, guiding proposals and client engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline required; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive water and wastewater engineering experience required
• Proven success in business development and sustaining long-term client relationships
• Deep technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment and supporting infrastructure systems
