Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Water Engineering Growth Leader to guide the growth and development of water engineering services across Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects
• Maintain long-term client relationships and support clients from project planning through delivery
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative culture and guiding project risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field
• Professional Engineer registration
• Significant experience in leading the design and delivery of water and/or wastewater treatment projects
• Fifteen years of experience in market or regional growth strategies
• Demonstrated success in overseeing complex, multidisciplinary project portfolios
