Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida Water Wastewater Business Development Leader to advance the future of water and wastewater infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in water and wastewater markets by building long-term client relationships and strategic programs
• Lead pursuit strategies for complex programs, overseeing client engagement from qualification to contract award
• Provide executive oversight for water and wastewater facilities, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline required; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive water and wastewater engineering experience, including project management and business development
• Proven success in driving business development and sustaining long-term client relationships
• Deep technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment and supporting infrastructure systems
