A company is looking for a Florida Water Wastewater Business Development Leader to advance water and wastewater infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in water and wastewater markets by building long-term client relationships and strategic programs
• Lead market-focused growth strategies and oversee pursuit strategies for complex programs
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients while ensuring project financial performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including project management and business development
• Deep technical expertise in water/wastewater treatment and infrastructure systems
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project budgets and schedules
