Job Summary

To support a growing wealth management practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Wealth Management Associate will manage client relationships, develop new financial professionals through coaching, and collaborate with local leadership to enhance team culture across various locations including Orlando, Mt. Dora, Kissimmee, Daytona Beach, and Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Network to discover and recruit new talent for team growth
• Coach and develop new Financial Professionals while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen the branch's mission and values

Required qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred but not required
• Completion of 12 months as an entry-level Financial Professional with necessary licensing
• Ability to pass the FINRA Series 24 exam prior to assuming a leadership role
• Desire to help clients plan for and protect their financial futures
• Authorized to work in the United States
