Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Florida Licensed Women's Therapist will provide compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy care for women navigating their reproductive journeys while collaborating with a clinical team and participating in consultations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based care through teletherapy for women experiencing reproductive health challenges
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans while participating in individual and group clinical consultations
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in Florida (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in women's mental health or perinatal health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
