A company is looking for a Senior Workers' Compensation Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate claims to determine compensability and total value, adjusting reserves as necessary
• Initiate investigations, assign defense counsel, and ensure timely indemnity payments and state filings
• Monitor medical treatment and coordinate vocational rehabilitation services for employees

Required Qualifications

• College degree
• 5+ years of experience in Lost Time/Legal claims handling
• Possess FL-All Lines Adjuster or Workers' Compensation License
• Experience with depositions, mediations, and litigation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
