Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster, the full-time temporary position will adjudicate complex indemnity workers' compensation claims remotely, with responsibilities including investigating claims, reporting trends, and managing litigation.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjudicate workers' compensation claims of higher technical complexity and resolve related issues
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and analyzing relevant documentation
• Prepare reports and negotiate settlements while managing claims in litigation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in Florida
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Active Florida license required
• Strong claim negotiation skills and business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and effective time management abilities
