Job Summary
Managing telephonic case management for workers' compensation claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Workers' Compensation Case Manager will coordinate care, collaborate with various stakeholders, and advocate for effective treatment and recovery outcomes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage telephonic case management for workers' compensation claims, including assessment and ongoing oversight
- Collaborate with injured workers, healthcare providers, and employers to support treatment plans and recovery outcomes
- Evaluate treatment plans and provide guidance based on clinical knowledge and case management best practices
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- One of the following certifications required: CCM, CDMS, COHN, or CRRN
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related clinical field
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation processes and case management practices
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills are highly beneficial
