Job Summary
Leading the business across Florida, the full-time salaried Florida Market Vice President will manage a $40-60M portfolio with full P&L responsibility, focusing on market growth, client relationships, and driving a balanced mid-market and enterprise portfolio in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Florida market, ensuring revenue growth and delivery quality
- Define and execute a growth strategy, building a balanced mix of mid-market and enterprise clients
- Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships while leading strategic growth accounts
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading a services business with full P&L ownership of at least $30M
- Proven track record in driving growth within software engineering, digital services, or management consulting
- Experience in selling and delivering complex technology-enabled services
- Strong background in integrating sales, consulting, and delivery functions with distributed teams
- Prior professional services firm experience required; pure strategy consulting or regional sales-only profiles are not a fit
