Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Florida MSP Support Technician will provide remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with infrastructure projects while working from home in Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for end users across multiple client environments, resolving issues efficiently
- Assist clients with deployments, upgrades, and day-to-day technical issues while building strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Participate in server, network, and cloud projects, documenting work performed and maintaining accurate records
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of desktops, networking, Microsoft 365, and end-user troubleshooting
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred
- Familiarity with VoIP, VPNs, and remote support tools
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Florida and have reliable high-speed internet with a dedicated home office
