Florida Network Performance Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Performance Advisor who will serve as a liaison between strategic providers and various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and performance of key provider groups
• Drive improvements in provider and member satisfaction through performance analysis
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to support provider performance and resolve challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Network Management, Provider Relations, or Value-Based Contracting
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management or management roles
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare contract requirements
• Understanding of HEDIS and STARS measures
