Florida OCM Consultant

Job Summary

Driving organizational change and technology adoption, the full-time remote Florida OCM Consultant will define OCM strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and engage stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new business processes and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute OCM strategy, including assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Establish governance models and support leaders with change enablement tools
• Identify and manage resistance to change and facilitate stakeholder alignment

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in enterprise IT or digital transformation
• Strong experience with OCM methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
• Proven stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and leadership teams
• Experience in developing communication plans and training strategies
• Familiarity with large transformation programs, including CRM and ERP implementations
