Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Clerk for a short-term assignment involving data entry and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor email inbox for SIRS submissions and combine them with online form submissions
  • Verify data accuracy between SIRS and condominium registration records, escalating issues as needed
  • Update Department staff on discrepancies between Department and County lists of condominiums
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of professional administrative office experience
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Familiarity with Versa Regulations is highly desired
