Job Summary
A company is looking for an Office Clerk for a short-term assignment involving data entry and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor email inbox for SIRS submissions and combine them with online form submissions
- Verify data accuracy between SIRS and condominium registration records, escalating issues as needed
- Update Department staff on discrepancies between Department and County lists of condominiums
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of professional administrative office experience
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent data entry skills
- Familiarity with Versa Regulations is highly desired
