Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Oncology in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market development
• Build and lead a team of Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities
• Analyze sales results and industry trends to increase sales volume and drive success within the territory

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or liquid biopsy
• Strong experience in hiring, developing, and managing a sales team
• Proven successful sales track record with demonstrated negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to assess the needs of oncologists and their office staff with a consultative sales approach
• Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
