Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Patient Access Representative I - Scheduling will manage patient registration, schedule appointments based on physician protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register new patients by obtaining demographics, insurance information, and referral sources
• Handle scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• 1 or more years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience in registration, scheduling, or healthcare benefits is helpful
• Working knowledge of a Windows-based computer environment
• Strong typing skills
