Florida Payroll Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting payroll operations for a dynamic workforce, the full-time remote Florida Payroll and People Operations Analyst will manage multi-state payroll processing in Workday, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and collaborate with HR on various payroll-related inquiries and changes.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule in Workday
• Monitor payroll tax compliance and support year-end activities such as W-2 processing
• Partner with HR Business Partners to manage payroll-related changes and respond to employee inquiries

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Experience with Workday Payroll is required; familiarity with equity or stock-based payroll is a plus
• Working knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance and payroll tax regulations
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a focus on accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and openness to leveraging AI tools for process improvement
