Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in reviewing and assessing clients' Personal Injury claims by organizing and summarizing records and evidence
- Support claim development from intake through resolution by gathering documentation and preparing demand packages
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining communication throughout the pre-litigation phase
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Florida
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while collaborating with a team
- Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures is a plus
