Florida Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in reviewing and assessing Personal Injury claims by organizing and summarizing relevant documentation
• Support the development of claims from intake to resolution, ensuring complete and accurate case files
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase and communicate with insurance carriers

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Florida
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is nice to have but not required
