Job Summary
Overseeing the accuracy and timely completion of invoicing activities for complex regional projects, the full-time South Florida Regional Financial Analyst will collaborate with IT and Accounting departments while providing exceptional client service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage invoicing activities and ensure compliance with revenue recognition practices
- Support Corporate and Operational Finance staff with escalated invoicing and reporting activities
- Coordinate the workload of the Regional Finance Team and prioritize tasks effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or 9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
