Job Summary
Supporting patients and providers, the remote Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician will handle escalated inquiries, resolve prescription issues, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle escalated pharmacy inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve prescription delays, insurance rejections, and shipment issues
- Enter and process prescriptions accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Required qualifications
- MUST be a Registered Pharmacy Technician for the state of Florida
- 2+ years of healthcare or pharmacy experience
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (RPT/CPhT) preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
