Job Summary
Seeking dedicated individuals, the full-time Florida Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for various clients, delivering professional and empathetic service in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls while adhering to specific client protocols and data entry requirements
- Maintain high standards for schedule adherence, average wrap time, and quality assurance scores
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor and articulate communication on every call
Required Qualifications
- Must provide personal equipment that meets specified technical requirements
- Experience in a high-pressure customer service environment
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day per week
- Familiarity with Windows 11 or higher operating system
