• Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration
• Process transactions using mainframe or web-based applications
• Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 10am - 7pm
