Florida Reservation Associate

Job Summary

To support pet parents in Florida, the part-time hourly Florida Reservation Associate will manage inbound calls to assist with booking grooming, boarding, and training services while driving sales and providing excellent customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from pet parents, assisting with scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries about services
• Drive sales by effectively presenting additional services and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program to develop necessary skills for the role

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience is essential
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service
• Exceptional technical skills and ability to manage multiple computer systems efficiently
