Job Summary

To support the growth of the solar industry, the full-time Florida Sales Development Representative will engage in high-volume outbound calling to residential homeowners, qualifying interest and scheduling appointments for Solar Consultants while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners and deliver a concise pitch about solar energy
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Solar Consultants based on interest and needs
  • Document call outcomes accurately and participate in ongoing coaching and training sessions
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment setting experience
  • Must reside in Florida and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedules
  • Access to a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with required technical specifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
