Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner/Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee advanced title research
• Collaborate with examiners, agents, and customers to resolve complex examining issues
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior examiners

Qualifications

• 10 years of Florida title examination experience with metes and bounds legal description mapping
• Knowledge of Florida real property law (probate, foreclosure, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Underwriting exposure or experience is a plus
