Key Responsibilities

• Manage Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contracts for a portfolio of multi-family dwelling units
• Oversee portfolio management, customer relations, and operations management
• Collaborate with HUD stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of contract administration tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 years of Business Management experience, including portfolio management and customer relations
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
