Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Partner will drive full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions, collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent in Florida.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies based on workforce needs
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment initiatives across Florida
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare, preferably in hospice, home health, or skilled nursing
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with a virtual team
  • Exceptional relationship-building and organizational skills
  • Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel occasionally for recruiting events
