Job Summary
To support organizational talent effectiveness, the full-time remote Florida Talent Onboarding Coordinator will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including background checks, compliance, and enhancing the candidate experience while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage background screening processes for new hires, contractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process, tracking progress and addressing any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate employment files and documentation, conduct audits, and generate reports on talent metrics as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- One to three years of Talent/HR experience in a generalist setting; experience in a high-volume onboarding environment preferred
- Knowledge of Talent/HR general principles and practices
- Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements and ethical standards in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in general office productivity tools, including MS Office Suite and Teams
