Focused on enhancing owner satisfaction, the remote Florida Travel Coordinator will manage travel scheduling, process payments, and maintain records while building rapport with timeshare owners in a part-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional rapport with owners to ensure a high-quality service experience
- Schedule travel dates based on owner preferences and confirm necessary payments
- Document communication results and owner interactions accurately within company systems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Previous call center experience is highly desired
- Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms or new learning systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
