Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional rapport with timeshare owners to ensure a high-quality service experience
  • Schedule travel dates based on owner preferences and confirm necessary payments
  • Document all communications and interactions accurately within the company systems
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Previous call center experience in a similar environment is highly desired
  • Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms and new learning systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
