Flutter Tech Lead
Job Summary
To drive the frontend mobile architecture across flagship products, the full-time Flutter Tech Lead will own high-level system design, evaluate new technologies, and contribute hands-on code while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the mobile system architecture, defining patterns for stability, modularity, and performance
- Evaluate and integrate new mobile technologies, ensuring seamless modernization of legacy codebases
- Lead incident response and optimize app performance, diagnosing complex issues in production environments
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in software development, with 3+ years focused on Flutter/Dart and experience in native iOS or Android
- Strong system design skills and deep mastery of Dart internals and Flutter's rendering pipeline
- Proven ability to balance technical quality with delivery speed and take ownership of technical decisions
- Hands-on experience with high-frequency real-time data handling and mobile security standards
- Effective communication skills across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders, with a mentorship mindset
