Job Summary
Managing a team responsible for technical and operational support, the full-time FM Engineering Operations Manager will oversee staff training, coordinate daily activities, and maintain client relationships while working onsite in Denver or remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Provide formal supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee the hiring of new employees
- Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure effective operations
- Manage department profits and losses, develop departmental goals, and evaluate processes to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and enhance team effectiveness
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Advanced math skills for financial calculations
