FM Engineering Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team responsible for technical and operational support, the full-time FM Engineering Operations Manager will oversee staff training, coordinate daily activities, and maintain client relationships while working onsite in Denver or remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee the hiring of new employees
• Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure effective operations
• Manage department profits and losses, develop departmental goals, and evaluate processes to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and enhance team effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
