Managing total absence claims, the full-time virtual FMLA ADA Claims Specialist will provide exemplary customer service by handling, reviewing, and administering claims in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and administer FMLA/ADA claims, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company plan requirements
• Complete eligibility decisions during intake calls and gather necessary data from employees and supporting systems
