Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the FMLA Vice President and Operational Leaders
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing communication materials, and handling data entry tasks
  • Support executive level individuals, run routine reports, and handle travel arrangements

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting executive level individuals preferred
  • Stable work history required
  • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional with multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
