Job Summary
A company is looking for an FMLA Claims Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of Claims Specialists and Experts
- Develop and implement performance indicators for staff
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operating efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
- 2+ years of Claims Management experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience required
- Training and quality management experience
- Experience in absence management or disability management in a corporate or consulting environment, a plus
